Orders are processed within 3 days of confirmation. Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 days depending on destination.
10. Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellations before shipment incur a 5% cancellation fee. Cancellations after shipment incur a 5% fee plus shipping charges.
11. Refunds and Exchange Policy
Refunds and exchanges require the original invoice and must be requested within 15 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Sale and promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective.

16. Exceptional Shipping Conditions
Shipping fees and timelines may change under exceptional circumstances beyond our control. Returns for an invalid reason may incur a QAR 100 shipping fee.
